ISO 27001 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System.ORION has integrated ISO 27001 principles into our operations to ensure the highest level of data security.

  • Each employee signs an affidavit agreeing to adhere to UK data protection rules and regulations.
  • Upon departure, employees sign an exit affidavit confirming they have no access to customer data, and any breach will result in legal action.

SECUREDATA HANDLING
We do not locally store customer data; all data is stored in the dispatch system provided by the client.
The dispatch system is accessible only through whitelisted IP addresses and login protection.
When an employee leaves ORION, their login details are promptly removed from our systems, ensuring that former employees have no access to the dispatch system or any customer data.

Each cabin is dedicated to a specific client or project and is accessible only to authorized personnel. Access is controlled through RFID door access systems.
Restricted Access:
Access is strictly limited to employees and managers with proper permissions. This ensures that only those directly involved in client operations have access. Access rights are promptly revoked when no longer required.
Photography Prohibition:
To maintain data security and confidentiality, employees are expressly prohibited from taking photos or screenshots of cabins, computer screens, or any work-related materials within the facility. This prohibition extends to mobile devices and personal electronics.
