Customer Support Technician
We are urgently required Customer Support Technician to provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. To advise customers about our product features, benefits and use as well as addressing specific user issues.
We offers a range of products so you will possess a broad technical knowledge of analogue, digital and VoIP voice services, IP networking; and service provision.

You must have excellent IT Skills, as well as a familiarity with general Customer Service handling & CRM systems
You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to different customer groups at ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times.
Must have a good technical understanding and a logical approach to resolving diagnostic issues.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of providing technical customer support for Voice and Data technologies.
You will be the first point of contact for a variety of IT issues via telephone and email.
Providing a first-class customer support service you will log all incidents and fixes whilst trying to resolve customer issues.
To provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users.
To provide an escalation point for SIP and IP related issues - To provide provisioning support for new customer deployments
During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and developers/escalation managers.
